EXCHANGE POLICY
MyChairPlace has no Return/Exchange policy.
Although, if you have received a Damaged / Tampered / Wrong article , then your order will be eligible for Exchange only.
Please note :
No Complaint will be considered without an Unboxing Video | Our Each and Every Package has a Sticker pasted, Reminding About Unboxing Video
No defect/damages in the article will be considered without an Unboxing video.
You need to share the Your Details Including Order ID | Email ID | Name | Instagram ID , along with unboxing Video within 24 hours of receiving your parcel on our customer care number +91 95283 75498
Return Process Will Start In 2-3 Days
Exchange process :
Our maximum respond time is 48 working hour due to bulk messages.
Once we get to see your case, Our Customer Care Executive will examine the entire issue and cross verify it with confirmation – If the Shared Unboxing Video is Fake / Re Packed / Not from Start to end / Issue / etc ,We will not able to entrain the case.
Note : Make Sure, Article should be in its original and unused condition with
intact packaging and tags.
And on the other hand, if everything is ok – We will approve the Exchange
Once you are eligible for Exchange
• We will send you Shipping Label from our side in Digital Form like PDF
• You have to pack Particular Article just like you received – Safe and Secured with bobble Wrapped
• Make a Printout of the Label and paste on Package.
• Within 24 hour, of shared Label, Our delivery boy and Pick the Parcel from our Address.
We will Dispatch new Article only after Receiving and Reviewing Return Parcel.
Exchange Due to Size issue :
This is a very common case about size issues in Rings and Bangles , we try to give you as many as detailed we can while ordering the product
Note : Please keep in mind that we are responsible for the article exchange , the shipping charges are completely on customer cost.
• Customer have to Self Ship it.
• Once we receive your parcel , our team will get in touch with you for the shipping charges to resend the parcel with correct size to your address
• Please do not forget to Mention your ( Order ID | Instagram ID | WhatsApp number ) Inside tn your ( Order ID | Instagram ID | WhatsApp number ) Inside the Parcel as a Note.
• Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.
• Once we receive your parcel , our team will get in touch with you for the shipping charges to resend the parcel with correct size to your address
Refund Process :
Although we don’t have any option for Refund but in any case of any time ,
Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only. We will be providing the refund only If product is damaged and the the amount will be refunded back to original payment method with 2-3 days
The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1 year period for your purchase
